Charming agriturismo between apple trees and vineyards

-Rental Price:
Included: use of electricity, water, gas, towels and bed linen, final cleaning.
Not included: breakfast (on request) and tourist tax.

- Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation from the time of booking until 181 days before check-in: free of charge, the agriturismo returns the deposit;
Cancellation from 180 days up to 29 days before check-in: you pay the agriturismo 30% of the total amount of your reservation;
Cancellation from 28 days before check-in: you pay the agriturismo 70% of the total amount of your booking;
In case of no show, late arrival or early departure: you pay the agriturismo the full amount of your reservation.

Note:
It may happen that you unexpectedly have to cancel your booking. You have to do so in writing to My Italy, no later than 3 working days before the expiry of the cancellation period; thereby enabling My Italy to cancel your booking at the agriturismo on time. You can also cancel directly at the agriturismo and taking into account the cancellation policy of the agriturismo. In case of cancellation the agriturismo is entitled to charge the cancellation fees as listed on this booking form. The cancellation of your booking is only final after written confirmation by My Italy or the agriturismo.

It is your own responsibility to ensure that you have any cancellation insurance.

Check-in: between 16:00 and 19:00. Unless otherwise agreed.
Check-out: before 10:00.
